CI Series Freeze Dryer

Freeze Dryer adopts silicone oil circulation heating to ensure the uniformity of the cooling and heating of the compartment to the material. The temperature difference after the temperature balance of the partition is only 1°C.

The integrated design of cold trap and lyophilization chamber reduces the volume of the equipment, which is suitable for lyophilization of small amounts of samples and exploration of process conditions (food processing, dehydration of antique books, pre-treatment of soil samples, etc.).

Adopt silicone oil circulation heating, the temperature control is more even and stable.
Plate layer temperature uniformity < ±1°C (after equilibration).
PID heating algorithm, more accurate temperature control.
Automatic storage of lyophilization data, real-time view, historical reproduction. Clear and controllable freeze-drying process.
Compartment temperature adjustable and controllable, can be used for figuring out pilot and production process.
Can be set to turn on the vacuum pump when the temperature of the cold trap is lower than the temperature setting value to protect the service life of the vacuum pump.
Total running time of the vacuum pump is recorded to enhance the maintenance of the vacuum pump.
Optional vacuum pump oil mist filtration.
